When we first meet, we will review your current symptoms, your psychiatric and medical history, your lifestyle habits, and your goals for treatment. Then we will work together to create a comprehensive treatment plan for you. Following the first session, I may order lab work in order to rule out any underlying biological cause(s) for the current symptoms you are experiencing. Your treatment plan may include, but is not limited to, prescription medication, psychotherapy, supplements, guidance on nutrition and physical activity, sleep optimization, and other psychiatry wellness interventions.
At each follow-up session, we will discuss your progress, revisit your treatment goals, and adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Short follow-up sessions are reserved for focused concerns and medication management. Extended follow-up sessions are reserved for more complex ongoing issues and/or psychotherapy. The frequency of follow-up appointments varies for each patient.
We do not provide disability evaluations, worker's compensation evaluations, forensic evaluations, or provide legal services or testimony. Should you require legal testimony at some point during our treatment together, you will need to retain an independent forensic psychiatrist.
